Kyoto: Kyoto Station, To-ji Temple, Fushimi Inari Shrine

Stone foxes abound at the Fushimi-Inari shrine. The fox plays an important role in Japanese folklore, and is bound to the rice harvest. If anyone can tell us why people tie bibs on the foxes, please let us know.
